WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources conducted a study for a proposed new classification of Lead Victim Witness Coordinator to be set forth in the Professional Employees Association Salary Schedule, and
WHEREAS, the results of the study instruct that the rate of pay for Lead Victim Witness Coordinator be established at the rate set forth in Grade 013 of Employee Group 06, Professional Employees Association Salary Schedule; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rate of pay for the Lead Victim Witness Coordinator be established at the rate set forth at Grade 013 in the Professional Employees Association Salary Schedule. This resolution shall take effect at the same time as the unclassified Lead Victim Witness Coordinator classification which is 30 days from and after its passage, approval, and publication in the Legal Ledger.
