Body

WHEREAS, the Cigarette/Tobacco license application submitted by Shoroq LLC d/b/a Twins Market and Meat (License ID# 20210000019) for the premises located at 1055 4^th Street East in Saint Paul was the subject of a Notice of Intent to Deny License dated May 7, 2021 and

WHEREAS, the Notice stated the licensee failed to submit a legal signed lease agreement required to continue the application process; and  

WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Deny License to submit a legal signed least agreement, request a public hearing or withdraw the license application; and

WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Deny License stated that if the licensee failed to submit a legal signed lease agreement, request a public hearing or withdraw the license application by May 17, 2021 that the matter would be placed on the City Council agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, the Cigarette/Tobacco license application submitted by Shoroq LLC d/b/a Twins Market and Meat (License ID# 20210000019) for the premises located at 1055 4^th Street East in Saint Paul is hereby denied.
