WHEREAS, Kolobok Inc. d/b/a International Wines & Liquors (License ID #20210000510) applied for a Liquor Off Sale and Cigarette/Tobacco license for the premises located at 710 Cleveland Avenue in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the approval of the licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order, the conditions are reasonable and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Liquor Off Sale and Cigarette/Tobacco license are hereby approved and issued to Kolobok Inc. d/b/a International Wines & Liquors (License ID #20210000510) for the premises located at 710 Cleveland Avenue in Saint Paul.
