Title

Amending Council File RLH AR 21-24, adopted April 14, 2021, to ratify the assessment at 1120 PAYNE AVENUE (File No. VB2106, Assessment No. 218805).

 

Body

WHEREAS, on April 14, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RLH AR 21-24, said Resolutions being the memorialization of appeal for Collection of Vacant Building Registration fees billed during July 16 to October 19, 2020 at 1120 Payne Avenue. (File No. VB2106, Assessment No. 218805); and

 

WHEREAS, the property at 1120 Payne Avenue, being described as: Holterhoff and Mead’s Addition to the City of St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minn. N 14 Ft of Lot 8 and All of Lot 7 Blk 3, with the property identification number 29-29-22-12-0041 was assessed an amount of $2,284; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council ratified and payable in one installment; and

 

WHEREAS, the appellant made a request to Councilmember Prince to refer the matter for review; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the request and a legislative hearing was conducted on May 18, 2021 under RLH SR 21-88 in which the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the assessment of $2,284 is approved and spread over 5 years; Now Therefore, Be It,

 

RESOLVED, that Council File No. RLH AR 21-24 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
