Authorizing the City's acceptance of property owned by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority for use as an overflow parking lot for the Richard H. Rowan Public Safety Training Center.

WHEREAS, on December 9, 2020 the Board of Commissioners of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul ("HRA") adopted RES PH 20-279, attached hereto as Exhibit A, to authorize the HRA's conveyance to the City of Saint Paul of a parcel of land located within the overflow parking lot that serves the Richard H. Rowan Public Safety Training Center at 600 Lafayette Road, said parcel legally described as Outlot B, RIVOLI BLUFF, Ramsey County, Minnesota, and depicted in the attachment to this resolution; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby accepts conveyance of Outlot B from the HRA to the City of Saint Paul, and authorizes and directs the proper city officials to take all actions necessary to implement this resolution and record the HRA deed with the Ramsey County Recorder's Office and/or Registrar of Deeds.
