WHEREAS, Lucky Mee Restaurant, Inc. d/b/a King Thai (License ID #20210000342) applied for a Liquor On-Sale 291 or more seats, a Liquor On Sale-Sunday and an Entertainment (A) license for the premises located at 225 University Avenue West; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the issuance of the licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of the above-mentioned license now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, the Liquor On Sale-291 or more seats, a Liquor On Sale-Sunday and Entertainment (A) licenses are hereby issued to Lucky Mee Restaurant, Inc. d/b/a King Thai (License ID #20210000342) located at 225 University Avenue West in Saint Paul.
