Amending Council File RLH VO 21-11, adopted April 21, 2021, to grant Sheri Galindo an additional extension for property at 1082 EUCLID STREET.

WHEREAS, on April 21, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH VO 21-11, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate for property at 1082 Euclid Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension until April 30, 2021 for compliance; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting additional extension for the compliance with the Revocation and Order to Vacate which a Legislative Hearing was held on May 11, 2021 to review the matter; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant additional extension for compliance with orders and have dryer vent permit finaled; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to June 4, 2021.
