WHEREAS, Arcade Wine & Spirits LLC d/b/a Arcade Wine & Spirits (License ID #20210000282) applied for a Liquor Off Sale and Cigarette/Tobacco license for the premises located at 1100 Arcade Street in Saint Paul: and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the approval of the licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Liquor Off Sale and Cigarette/Tobacco license are hereby approved and issued to Arcade Wine & Spirits LLC (License ID #20210000282) for the premises located at 1100 Arcade Street in Saint Paul.
