Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Property owner states that they made a payment of $233.83 on October 2, 2020. They believe that this should have been applied to the Quarter 4 2020 invoice.

Staff Comments: Staff confirmed with the hauler that the payment was made on 10/01/2020 was therefore applied to the Quarter 3 2020 invoice. Therefore staff recommends approving the Quarter 4 2020 assessment.
