Authorizing the City to enter into a Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Roseville for the completion of signal system revisions at the intersection of Snelling Avenue and Lydia Avenue, and any additional services that comply with the terms of this agreement.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Roseville is planning to revise the signal system at the intersection of Snelling Avenue and Lydia Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has agreed to construct and install the signal system as outlined in the construction documents listed in Appendix A; and
WHEREAS, Roseville has agreed to pay Saint Paul for the cost of the signal system revision as described in the agreement; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to enter into this Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Roseville, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof; and be it finally
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
