Purpose of Appeal: I, myself, and my girlfriend are renting a room from Curtis Zitsman. The City came this morning at 8:00 a.m. with police to condemn the house and board it up. They gave us about 5 minutes to grab some things. I have a lot of property at the property.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Jonathon Wayne to a Notice of Condemnation as Unfit for Human Habitation and Order to Vacate at 1026 REANEY AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
