Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 616 DESNOYER AVENUE in Council File SAO 21-24.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted SAO 21-24 on April 14, 2021 which granted an extension to April 30, 2021 to abate the nuisance conditions at 616 Desnoyer Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on May 4, 2021 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
