Amending Council File RLH AR 20-133, adopted January 13, 2021, to ratify the assessment at 1726 FOURTH STREET EAST. (File No. VB2101, Assessment No. 218800).

WHEREAS, on January 13, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH AR 20-133, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to an Appealed Special Tax Assessment for Property at 1726 FOURTH STREET EAST. (File No. VB2101, Assessment No. 218800); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1726 Fourth Street East, being described as: Heinemann, Shirk and Stierles’s Subd’n of Lots 18 and 19 of Lee’s Suburban Homes Lot 14 Blk 2, with the property identification number 34-29-22-14-0032 was assessed an amount of $2284.00; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council ratified and make payable in one installment; and
WHEREAS, the appellant made a request to Councilmember Prince to review this case; and after the Legislative Hearing Officer further reviewed the matter, she will recommend that payment be spread over 5 years; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that the assessment is ratified and spread payments over 5 years. Council File No. RLH AR 20-133 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
