WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Steve Minn, Lupe Development Partners, to a Correction Notice-Reinspection Complaint at 1276 WILSON AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to April 30, 2021 May 12, 2021 for compliance, noting the Department of Safety and Inspections made a finding of compliance with the appealed orders on May 10, 2021; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
