WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources conducted a classification job study for the classification of Grants Specialist; and
WHEREAS, the results of the job study instruct that the rate of pay for Grants Specialist be changed from the rate set forth in Grade 013 to Grade 014 in Employee Group 06, the Professional Employees Association Salary Schedule; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rate of pay for the Grants Specialist be changed from Grade 013 to Grade 014 in Employee Group 06, Professional Employees Association. This resolution shall take effect and be in force on the first pay period following its passage and approval and the rate of pay be retroactive to September 18, 2020.
