Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 2359 PEARL STREET in Council File RLH SAO 21-13.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 21-13 on March 17, 2021 which granted an extension to April 12, 2021 to abate the nuisance conditions by removing the scrapwood at 2359 Pearl Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on April 13, 2021 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
