Purpose of Appeal:  Not a vacant building - renovation paused due to COVID -19 pandemic.

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  VB Cat 2 opened on 2/22/21 referred by CE due to minimal water usage since 2016 and having orders on house for peeling paint and roof damage.

 

Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of James Sazevich to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 454 SMITH AVENUE NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal of the Vacant Building registration; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
