WHEREAS on March 24, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 20-86, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal services during January 4 to February 26, 2020. (File No. J2006P, Assessment No. 208405); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1630 University Avenue West, being described as: Section 33 Town 29 Range 23 Alley Between as Vac in Doc No 1822386 & Fol; Ex W 50 Ft of N 35 Ft; Lot 18 Blk 2 & W 50.06 Ft of Lot 1 Blk 2 of Homer H Hoyt Cos Add. Also, W 140.06 Ft of E 593.56, with the property identification number 33-29-23-41-0026 was assessed an amount of $217.46; and
WHEREAS, owner contacted our office and indicated there is a waiver on file with Dept of Safety and Inspections and sent a copy of the waiver to our office; therefore, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $217.46, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 20-86 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
