RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to Larry Arman, Camille Arman, and their attorney, Elliott Nickell, Nickell Law Firm, PLLC, the total sum of Seventy Thousand Dollars and no cents ($70,000.00) in full and final settlement in the federal district court case of Arman v. Severance, et al., 20-cv-00677, for damages and attorneys’ fees arising from the incident occurring on July 9, 2014.
