Amending Council File RLH AR 20-97 to delete the assessment for Property Clean Up March 2 to 11, 2020 at 1743 SHERWOOD AVENUE. (File No. J2019A, Assessment No. 208534)

WHEREAS on March 3, 3021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 20-97, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean Up March 2 to 11, 2020. (File No. J2019A, Assessment No. 208534); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1743 Sherwood Avenue, being described as: Larson’s Hazel Park Homesites Lot 23, with the property identification number 22-29-22-41-0020 was assessed an amount of $584; and
WHEREAS, LaTeesha Bluitt-Barnes reached out to our office stating that the wrong house was assessed and that the items were behind her neighbor’s house.
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed the videos, photos and summary abatement order and found that the clean up was done at the correct property address but will recommend deleting the assessment as the clean-up done by the crew was for the interior of the closed garage; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $584, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 20-97 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
