Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Leo Domenichetti to a Summary Abatement Order plus a Department of Safety and Inspections letter requiring a code compliance inspection at 1145 FOURTH STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant extension to April 1, 2021 to vacate property and deny the appeal to be Category 1 Vacant Building and require that property remain Category 2 and subject to certificate of code compliance prior to re-occupancy; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
