WHEREAS on February 17, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 20-164 to approve the assessment for Property Clean Up services during September 1 to 14, 2020. (File No. J2107A, Assessment No. 218506); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1010 Lafond Avenue, being described as: D.W. Moore’s Addition Ex E 10 Ft Lot 3 Ex W 20 Ft Lot 5 and All of Lot 4, with the property identification number 35-29-23-22-0070 was assessed an amount of $470; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment when reviewing the orders, photos and video and found that the owner did appear to have removed the furniture from the summary abatement order and the nuisance was abated prior to the deadline; noting the video showed there were 2 mattresses in the place of the furniture pile, one item a part of the first pile, and crew may have thought it was a part of the original order; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $470, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 20-164 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
