Authorizing a Sponsorship Agreement with HealthPartners for the Bookmobile Wrap

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Public Library Agency has a Bookmobile program currently operating in the City; and
WHEREAS, HealthPartners wishes to partner with the Saint Paul Public Library Agency to sponsor the Bookmobile program through financial support in return for the right to have the Bookmobile bear its branded wrap; and
WHEREAS, The Friends of the Saint Paul Public Library has facilitated this sponsorship and will be partners and serve as fiscal agent for the Saint Paul Public Library Agency; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized to enter into the attached Sponsorship Agreement and to allow the "wrap" of the bookmobile.
