WHEREAS on February 24, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 21-2 to ratify the assessment for Securing and/or Emergency Boarding services during September 2020. (File No. J2104B, Assessment No. 218103); and
WHEREAS, the property at 969 Charles Avenue, being described as: Weed & Lawrence’s Addition to Saint Paul, Minn. E 1/2 of Lot 3 and All of Lot 2 Blk 3, with the property identification number 35-29-23-24-0154 was assessed an amount of $454; and
WHEREAS, Dept of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deletion of this fee as it was assessed in error and should have been assessed to 939 Charles Avenue.
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $454, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File Nos. RLH AR 21-2 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
