WHEREAS, Brax 101 Auto LLC d/b/a Brax 101 Auto (License ID #20200002592) applied for an Auto Repair Garage and Second Hand Dealer - Motor Vehicle license for the premises located at 789 Rice Street in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, no petition of support was required for the Auto Repair Garage and Second Hand Dealer license since there are no residential uses within three-hundred fifty (350) feet of the area to be licensed; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the approval of the licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the license conditions agreed to by the applicant are reasonable and that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, an Auto Repair Garage and Second Hand Dealer - Motor Vehicle license are hereby approved and issued to Brax 101 Auto LLC d/b/a Brax 101 Auto (License ID #20200002592) for the premises located at 789 Rice Street in Saint Paul.
