Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 1151 GERANIUM AVENUE EAST in Council File RLH SAO 21-9.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 21-9 on February 17, 2021 which granted an extension to February 23, 2021 to abate the nuisance conditions in the Summary Abatement and Vehicle Abatement Orders at 1151 Geranium Avenue East; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on March 2, 2021 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
