WHEREAS on February 3, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 20-53 to ratify the assessment for Property Clean Up services during December 13 to 30, 2019. (File No. J2014A, Assessment No. 208513); and
WHEREAS, the property at 250 Syndicate Street South, being described as: Friendsville Subj to Party Wall Agmt Part of Lot 3 Sly of L Beg At Pt on W L of and 70 5/10 Ft from NW Cor Thereof Th E 20 1/10 Ft Th S 15 5/10 Ft Th E to E L of Sd Lot 3 Blk 1, with the property identification number 10-28-23-12-0046 was assessed an amount of $432; and
WHEREAS, Property Owner, Brent Sokup, contacted our office and stated that the clean-up was not done on his property but the neighboring property at 258 Syndicate Street South; and
WHEREAS, staff consulted with the inspector and he did confirm that photo was taken in front of 258 Syndicate Street South and recommends a deletion as it was assessed in error to the incorrect address; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $432, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 20-53 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
