Body

WHEREAS on February 17, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council Files RLH TA 20-280, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean Up during January 2 to 10, 2020. (File No. J2015A, Assessment No. 208515); and

WHEREAS, the property at 903 York Avenue, being described as: Nelson’s Addition Lot 19 Blk 5, with the property identification number 28-29-22-32-0052 was assessed an amount of $404; and

WHEREAS, on June 2, 2020, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended reducing from $404 to $202 and if no same or similar violation(s), the $202 will be deleted; and

WHEREAS, the assessment should have been deleted since there was no same or similar violation(s) and the hearing officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore Be It,

RESOLVED, that Council Files RLH AR 20-280 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
