WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council File RES 21-132 accepted the Report of Completion for Replacement of Lead Water Service Line on Private Properties as requested by the Property Owner during the time period of October to December 2020; and
WHEREAS, the City held a public hearing on March 17, 2021 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 429 of Minnesota State Statutes, Chapter 504 Laws of Minnesota 1994 and Chapter 63 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment is be payable in twenty (20) installments.
