WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Jess Nelson, Halverson & Blaiser Group Ltd., on behalf of Steve Minn to a Correction Notice - Complaint Inspection at 1256 WILSON AVENUE, #110, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension to March 1, 2021 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
