WHEREAS on January 6, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File Nos. AR 20-45 to ratify the assessment for Property Clean Up services during November 14 to 26, 2019. (File No. J2012A, Assessment No. 208511; and
WHEREAS, the property at 441 MOUNT IDA STREET, being described as: Warren & Winslows Addition to the Town of St. Paul Lot 15 Blk 8, with the property identification number 32-29-22-22-0022 was assessed an amount of $506; and
WHEREAS, Owner, Josh Limberg, contacted Council via email stating he never received the notice and requested a hearing; therefore, a Legislative Hearing was held on January 19, 2021 to review the file and the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the fee be deleted because a summary abatement order was never sent by the inspector; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $506, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File Nos. RLH AR 20-45 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
