Review Special Tax Assessment for property at 1516 MARGARET STREET relating to Insufficient Garbage Bills.

WHEREAS, Owner, Khin Latt, moved into this home last October 2020 and have been paying every garbage bill. The issue is that the garbage bill comes in a different name instead of her name and it continues to come in a different name even though she has contacted her garbage pickup service provider to change the name on the bill. There seems to be garbage two accounts for this home and she has consistently been paying to one of them. This is not the first time she got a hearing notice. The previous one couldn't be resolved due to Covid-19 and courthouse being closed
WHEREAS, Legislative Hearing Officer has requested to have Public Works staff sort the insufficient billing with hauler, Advanced Disposal, and will sort this at a Legislative Hearing on April 22, 2021 at 10 a.m.
