Ratifying the assessments for Graffiti Removal services during July 7 to 30, 2020. (File No. J2102P, Assessment No. 218401)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 20-1346 accepted the Report of Completion for Graffiti Removal on Private Properties during the time period of July 7 to July 30, 2020; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has considered objections of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to their assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on January 27, 2021 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 429 of Minnesota State Statutes and Chapter 60 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 21-25: 1000 Arcade Street;
RLH TA 20-630: 1779 Arlington Avenue East;
RLH TA 20-642: 1831 University Avenue West;
RLH TA 21-XX: 2469 University Avenue West; delete for separate consideration; refer to February 2, 2021 at 10 a.m.;
RLH TA 21-XX: Delete 1910 Suburban Avenue to Legislative Hearing on March 2, 2021 @ 10 a.m. and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
