Authorizing the Police Department to accept an anonymous gift.

WHEREAS, this anonymous donor is donating $10,000.00 for our youth programs; and
WHEREAS, the SPPD would like to accept this generous donation; and
WHEREAS, the 2021 budget and activity budget need to be amended for this donation; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation total revenues in excess of those estimated in the budget, funds of $10,000.00 in the Special Fund; now
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts this generous donation.
