Amending the 2021 Capital Improvement Budget to allocate funding for capital maintenance projects to the appropriate departments, as recommended by the Capital Improvement Budget Committee

Whereas, the Saint Paul Long-Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee received the capital maintenance funding recommendations on December 9, 2019 and approved them on February 10, 2020; and
Whereas, Office of Financial Services staff request to amend the 2021 Capital Improvement Budget in the manner as specified in Attachments A and B; and
Whereas, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 57.09 of the City Administrative Code and Section 10.07.04 of the City Charter, does certify there are available for transfer of appropriation funds of $1,801,470 in the Capital Improvement Budget; now
Therefore be it resolved, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor that $1,801,470 is available for transfer of appropriation in the Capital Improvement Budget, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the particulars as specified in the attached financial analysis.
