Appeal of Kenrie Williams to a Summary Abatement Order at 1098 MARION STREET.

 

Date/Time of 1st LH:  Tuesday, December 15, 2020, teleconference call between 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  Items that are noted for removal are part of an ongoing landscape project.  We were unable to complete project due to some materials being unavailable due to COVID-19.  Did not realize it was illegal to store hoses and flower pots on property.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Kenrie Williams to a Summary Abatement Order at 1098 MARION STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until January 22, 2021 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
