Purpose of Appeal: My husband is working on the house for us to move into.  He is taking longer than he thought it would.  We are trying to pay for the remodeling as we go along.  Plan to complete it by Spring 2021.  He has hired a contractor to make things move more quickly.  Thank you.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Rebecca Amidon to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1285 BEECHWOOD PLACE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee through April 5, 2021 and make the property a Category 1 Registered Vacant Building; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
