Title

Amending the spending budget for the Public Works Grant Fund related to the 2021 Ramsey County SCORE Incentive Grant. 

Body

WHEREAS, the Grant Agreement between Ramsey County and the City of Saint Paul, Public Works has been accepted per RES PH 20-249 in the amount of $75,923 in incentive grant monies; and

WHEREAS, the $75,923 in SCORE Incentive Grant funds from Ramsey County will allow the City to establish resources for residents and businesses on food waste reduction, recovery and recycling, as well as complete Phase II of a Multiunit Dwelling project; and

WHEREAS, the SCORE incentive grant funds from Ramsey County will further the City’s goals to divert 50% of residential waste generated from the garbage; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor, approves the amendments to the grant fund budget as detailed in the attached financial analysis.
