WHEREAS, a Legislative Hearing was held on December 22, 2020 to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement for 1065 Ross Avenue for File No. RLH VBR 20-81; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended that an inspection is to occur on December 31, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. to confirm that the items in the Notice of Condemnation and Order to Vacate Order are completed; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on January 5, 2021, to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions related to the Notice of Condemnation and Order to Vacate and found these conditions were/were not abated.
