Approving the execution of an amendment to the Municipal Lease Agreement with US Bank Equipment Finance.

WHEREAS the City of Saint Paul and US Bank Equipment Finance, a division of U.S. Bank National Association, have entered into a Master Lease Agreement on December 1, 2004 and a Master Lease Agreement on May 4, 2018, and
WHEREAS these same parties have agreed to amend these Master Lease Agreements according to the terms of the amendment document attached to this resolution
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Saint Paul City Council enacts the Amendment Agreement to the Master Lease Agreements.
