Amending the 2020 spending budget in the Department of Public Works General Funds ROW Mgmt., Summer and Winter accounting units.
Body
WHEREAS, the Summer and Winter accounting units have incurred services and materials costs that are more than the adopted budget; and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient savings in ROW Mgmt. both in salaries and fringe benefits along with Services and Materials to cover the above costs; therefore via
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter, and on the request of the Director of Public Works Department to amend the 2020 budget in the Public Works ROW Mgmt., Summer and Winter Funds, the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner as specified in the attached financial analysis.
