Purpose of Appeal:
Appeal of #9 on the deficiency list. The room in question has 2 large windows that open into the front patio as egress. See attached pictures.
Adding an additional window in the other wall is not feasible given it has a stucco exterior and the building is 120+ years.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Laurel Hedlund to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 709 BEDFORD STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to April 1, 2021 for compliance with orders on emergency escape and rescue opening; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
