Garbage Hauler: Aspen

Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:

Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): I have paid $195.13 August 4, 2020. Proof of Aspen Waste System 1668550 200802. Withdrawal statement on my Bank Hiway Union 111 Empire Drive St. Paul, MN 55103.

Staff Comments: The Q2 2020 invoice would have been sent to the city of after 06/30/2020. At this point, the property owner is no longer able to pay the hauler for the delinquent amount. Since the payment was made on August 4, 2020, it would have been applied as a credit on the hauler account. Therefore staff recommends approving the assessment.
