Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 655 CHARLES AVENUE in Council File RLH SAO 20-23.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 20-23 on October 21, 2020 which granted an extension to November 6, 2020 to abate the excessive amount of tree debris in the backyard at 655 Charles Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on November 10, 2020 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is not abated and therefore authorizes the Department of Safety and Inspections to proceed with this nuisance abatement.
