Title

Amending the 2020 spending budget in the Department of Public Works Administration Fund Dale Street Campus Maintenance Accounting Unit.

Body

WHEREAS, Dale Street Campus Maintenance Staff need to safely access building rooftops to perform maintenance; and

WHEREAS, a used Skyjack Scissor Lift is now available to allow for safe access to building rooftops; and

WHEREAS, there is funding available in the 2020 Dale Street Campus Maintenance budget; and

WHEREAS, $7,900 of the appropriation should be moved from Services and Materials to Capital Outlay; therefore via

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter, and on the request of the Director of the Public Works Department to amend the 2020 budget in the Public Works Administration Fund Dale Street Campus Maintenance Accounting Unit, the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner as specified in the attached financial analysis.
