Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 400 HATCH AVENUE in Council File RLH SAO 20-15.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 20-15 on September 2, 2020 which granted an extension to October 16, 2020 for compliance with trimming back the overhanging vines along the alleyway; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on October 20, 2020 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions related to the Summary Abatement Order and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
