Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:

Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Property owner stated that they submitted a temporary service hold on 01/10/2020 for the time period of 04/07/2020 - 08/25/2020. Therefore they should not have a Q2 2020 assessment.

Staff Comments: Hauler confirmed that the temporary service hold should have gone into effect on 4/07/2020 and requested that we remove the assessment for Q2 2020. Staff therefore recommends removing the assessment.
