Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 199 DUKE STREET in Council File RLH SAO 20-10.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 20-10 on September 2, 2020 which granted an extension to 1) grant to September 1, 2020 to fill in trenches abutting sidewalks and curbs; 2) grant an extension to October 1, 2020 deadline to decrease height of mounds and plantings to 18 inches within 30 feet of the intersection; and 3) find the rest of nuisance condition has been abated at 199 Duke Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on October 6, 2020 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
