Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 31 KIPLING STREET in Council File RLH SAO 20-16.

Body

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 20-16 on August 26, 2020 which granted an extension to September 8, 2020 for compliance with the Summary Abatement Order; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on October 6, 2020 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions related to the Summary Abatement Order and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
