Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 1374 MCLEAN AVENUE in Council File RLH SAO 20-13.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 20-13 on August 12, 2020 which granted an extension to grant to September 14, 2020 to remove the fallen tree; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on October 6, 2020 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions related to the Summary Abatement Order and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
